This 1 month program includes 2 one-on-one 1-hour health counseling sessions within a 1 month period with Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Natural Whole Foods Chef Danielle Heard, MS, HHC. During this time Danielle works with you to help you make nutritional and lifestyle changes.

As a holistic health and nutritional support counselor, Danielle lovingly guides and supports you as you make positive lifestyle changes to feel good, lose weight, heal from illness, make better food choices, create a balanced healthy life and reach desired goals.

Danielle uses an integrative approach that is based on both Eastern and Western dietary theories to help you create an individually personalized workable step-by-step plan. This integrative approach is based on bio-individuality and body intuition as no one diet is right for everyone due to differences in genetics, ethnicity, metabolism and lifestyle. There is no calorie counting, fad dieting or tasteless food!

Sessions are conducted via telephone anywhere within the United States. In person sessions currently available in Longview, Texas.

In order to help you pay for your health program, we have a couple of payment options. You may pay in full with your credit card through this online store or you may submit post dated checks. If you choose to pay with post dated checks, the initial health session must be paid for prior to the scheduled session date to reserve the time with Danielle. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
