Personal Chef Services
We provide health-supportive natural cooking
free of white bleached flour, refined sugar and processed ingredients that is also beautiful and pleasing to the palate.
Our personal healthy chef at home services are designed to support people who for various reasons such as busy schedules or illness are unable to prepare quality natural whole foods meals. We integrate Eastern and Western nutritional models and theories to create healthy, nutritious and balanced meals that are tailored to the specific health needs and food preferences of each client (for example: vegetarian, vegan, raw, macrobiotic, candida, ayruvedic, chronic fatigue, wheat and gluten free). Menus are individually designed for each client and approved by the client.
All meals are made with the freshest ingredients then are carefully packaged and labeled with heating instructions for the refrigerator. We never freeze our food as it is our belief that freezing destroys valuable health properties of food.
Criteria used for food selection: Natural, Real, Whole, Unprocessed, Free from Genetic Modification, Non-irradiated, Fresh, Organic, Local, Seasonal, Balanced, In Harmony with Tradition, and Delicious.
