Health Counseling Cancellation Policy

We understand that our Clients have busy schedules. Each session will end an hour after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If a Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the client must do so 24-hours in advance otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and not have an opportunity to reschedule it. Since the time has been held for the Client, payment for missed appointments and cancellations made without 24-hour advance notification is nonrefundable.
