Services offered include Nutrition Assessment and Consultation, Specialized Diet Plans, Nutrition Coaching Programs, as well as Clinical Routine and Functional Diagnostic Laboratory Tests.

Functional Nutrition is a holistic approach. It utilizes a systems-oriented scientific approach which recognizes that the body functions as a whole and not in parts. Functional Nutrition is firmly rooted in biochemistry and physiology. At Artemis in the City, we utilize clinical diagnostic laboratory testing and functional diagnostic laboratory testing that was specifically developed to assess biochemical pathways in order to identify health problems that can relate to genetic makeup or inborn errors, nutrition deficiencies, environmental toxins, pathogens and lifestyle.

Personalized Nutrition Programs are developed based on an individual patient's specific biochemical needs. Ongoing coaching and support services help patients implement nutrition recommendations while making lasting positive lifestyle changes to feel good, lose weight, heal from illness, make better food choices, create a balanced healthy life and reach desired health goals.

She coaches individuals, couples, partners, and groups who want to improve their general health and wellness as well as the health of their family. She has many years of experience working with people who have health conditions such as food allergies and intolerances, autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal disorders (IBD, IBS, GERD, leaky gut), chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis and body pain, migraines, heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, cancer, depression, candida and other parasites, obesity and weight issues, fertility issues and many others.
